As Craig Challen, now our West Australian of the Year takes on a more prominent role, the public speaking skills he honed at Banyandah Toastmasters.  With a naturally relaxed and understated style, his public speaking skills are being used on potentially a daily basis.  Craig was heard being interviewed on ABC 720 on 31 October speaking eruditely on his and Dr Richard Harris’s experience rescuing the 12 Thai boys from a cave in the north of Thailand. The language he used was colourful and evocative truly describing the experiences of himself and his team.
